FOUNDER
In 1996, Paul an electrical engineer, arrived in New Zealand, keen to establish a professional career. He moved into the role of a tradesman electrician; worked hard and excelled in his profession thanks to his highly organised, efficient approach together with an eye for smart detail.
Then 10 years ago, through the relationships he had formed, he had an extensive network that gave him the market knowledge, technical competence, managerial skills and experience to be able to launch his own residential development business. It was natural that he stepped into the project management role.
Backed by a top performing team, Paul has rapidly grown the business with his astute ability to produce exactly what his clients want – high quality, well-designed homes that offer great value. Glowing testimonials attest to his talent for getting it just right.
